Prepare a list of the students that will be tested according to their homeroom class.

Create a list of students who will be tested on the reading room (consider students who shouldn’t be together.)

Arrange teachers for the reading room. They should be the same teachers for both mock test and external test.

Make sure that you have disc players working for each room including the reading room.

Decide what to do with the pupils who finish the test early ( worksheets/ read books/ activity)

Make sure each classroom is clean, has the necessary number of chairs and tables and a working disc player.

Encourage your students and tell them that you believe in them :)
